Credit Controller
Salary: up to £28K dependant on experience
Location: Gloucester with 3 days a week required in the office
T2M Resourcing are recruiting an experienced Credit Controller on behalf of a successful and rapidly growing services company based in Gloucester. This role will accommodate hybrid working (3 days a week required in the office).
As a Credit Controller, your primary responsibility will be to maximise cash collection and minimise debts. You will be responsible for managing a set of customers, ensuring timely collection of payments. Additionally, you will handle customer queries, communicate with departments to resolve issues, and continuously review and improve credit control processes and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit control, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others. Organisational and analytical skills, as well as strong oral and written communication skills, are essential for success in this role. Knowledge of Sage 200 will be advantageous.
To be successful in this Credit Control role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience.
* Previous experience in a busy credit control position
* Strong organisational and analytical skills
* Ability to build relationships and work well in a team
* Proficiency in Sage 200 is preferred but not essential
* Excellent prioritisation and multitasking abilities
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
