What do we want?
Due to growth within the business, we are recruiting for an Internal Sales Support role to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Business Development Executives with their day-to-day task.
* Responsible for all administrative tasks relating to particular clients
* Coordinate and plan administrative activities and tasks as instructed by the Business Development Executive
* Follow up on quotes and turn to orders
* Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and email and provide timely and accurate responses
* Assist with incoming calls and filtering calls to the appropriate departments
* Perform data entry duties with regards to sales figures, metrics and other key data
* Update customer records with new contact details and notes to support interaction
* Establish and maintain relationships with clients to ensure regular communication
* Act as a first point of contact for designated clients
* Ensure oversight of any issues relating to a particular client or order and liaise with the relevant Business Development Executive where necessary
* Deal and respond effectively with complex queries where possible ensuring the Business Development Executive is kept up to date at all times
Who do we need?
* NVQ Level 2 or above in Business Administration (desirable)
* GCSE English or equivalent
* Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
* Experience in a customer-focused commercial role
* Familiar with initiating and maintaining office filing systems
* Proficient in office software packages including MS Word and Excel
* Organised with the ability to handle multiple tasks and clients
* Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
