Job Description:
My client is currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clark to join their busy office. Parking on site and a paid days holiday for your Birthday!
This is a full-time permanent position.

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Main Responsibilities:
* Daily reconciliation
* Managing the accounts department email box
* Checking nominal codes and resolve any outstanding issues.
* Checking and monitoring purchase ledger
* Accurately enter supplier invoices into the accounting system.
* Ensure invoices are matched to purchase orders and delivery notes where applicable.
* Handle discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders or delivery notes.
* Prepare payment runs, ensuring timely payment of supplier invoices.
* Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details.
* Maintain accurate and organised records of all transactions.
* Due to our clients location, you will need to have access to your own vehicle.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar finance role.
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
