PA ADMINISTRATOR
MONDAY - FRIDAY: 09.00 - 17.00 
26,000 - 28,000 PER ANNUM
People Solutions are looking for a PA Administrator for our client based in Livingston.

Day to Day Duties
* Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR and Finance functions
* Provide clerical and admin support to PA to the CEO and Directors
* Assist with the preparation of HR Reports
* Compile reports for senior management
* Maintaining employee records
* Manage and update process databases
* Attend meetings and take notes
* Book business travel and accommodation
* Assist with general office tasks as required
* Minute taking
Essential Skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality
* Outstanding organisational and time management skills
* Ability to work to deadlines
* Ability to take initiative and to be proactive
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft office
* Ensure prompt and efficient responses to actions
Desirable Experience
* Extensive minute taking experience
* Previous PA experience
* No HR experience required, but enthusiasm to help and engage with colleges and contribute to the company’s mission, values and growth.
