Job Description:
GRG are partnering with a small legal firm, who are seeking a Legal Receptionist & Secretary, based in their Birmingham office.
You will be joining a fast-paced, inclusive firm, on a full-time, permanent basis. Due to the nature of work, this role requires the successful candidate to be in office, with working hours, 9am - 5.30pm.
As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team and creating a welcoming and positive client experience, being the first point of contact.
What will I be doing in my new role?
* Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person
* Greeting clients and visitors and ensuring they are comfortable while they wait
* Managing the legal team’s diary and scheduling appointments
* Drafting legal documents, such as contracts and agreements
* Ensuring that all legal files are up to date and accurate
What skills and experience are we looking for?
* Previous experience working in a legal environment is essential
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
* Attention to detail and accuracy
