Overview
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Executive to drive our efforts in expanding our reach and presence across key states in the USA and other identified areas of growth, whilst also working on our events offering.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist in the development and execution of campaigns to increase visibility and market penetration in targeted states across the USA.
* Utilise various marketing channels, including email marketing, pay-per-click, social media, content marketing, and offline advertising, to drive awareness and engagement of our products and services.
* Track key performance indicators to measure the success of campaigns and deliver clear and actionable insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate with research, customer success and sales team to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
* Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, trends, and competitive landscapes.
* Oversee creation of marketing assets for campaigns.
* Identify and pursue strategic sponsorship opportunities.
* Work with relevant event stakeholders to understand event objectives, target audiences, and promotional requirements.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and industry influencers.
Skills and Experience
* Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
* Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including digital, social media, content, and traditional marketing.
* Good understanding of Google Analytics and the ability to gather insights and take action from the data provided
* Good working knowledge of using content management systems such as WordPress
* Some experience using marketing automation tools (such as Pardot, Salesforce etc) for campaign management
Person Specification
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
* Proficiency in marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and project management software
* Creativity and innovative thinking to develop unique and impactful marketing campaigns
* Ability to think outside the box and develop unique, compelling, and engaging marketing ideas
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing initiatives
* Enthusiasm for creating exceptional customer experiences and driving brand loyalty
