About the Role:
As a PE Teacher, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and motivating students to achieve their best in physical education. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging PE lessons that cater to a range of abilities, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among students. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sports and fitness, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver high-quality PE lessons in line with the national curriculum.
* Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students, encouraging participation and teamwork.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
* Organise and lead extracurricular sports activities and events.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall physical education program.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Specialisation in Physical Education.
* Previous experience teaching PE at the secondary school level.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to promoting health, fitness, and well-being among students.
