Job Title: Group Management Accountant

As Group Management Accountant, you will play a critical role in all financial management and decision-making processes. You will be responsible for analysing financial information, preparing financial reports, and developing budgets to support our strategic goals. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your expertise will directly impact the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
* Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying areas for improvement.
* Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from budget and forecast.
* Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations.
* Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with various departments to gather and interpret financial data.
* Provide financial support for project management and business development initiatives.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred.
* High level Excel skills.
* Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
* Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
* High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
