Transport Administrator
As a result of business growth, I am currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join my client in Inchinnan! The purpose of this role is to provide assistance to the transport department and enhance business operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing sufficient support to the Transport department to enhance internal operations.

Duties
* Providing assistance to the finance department with deliveries and collections while providing great levels of customer service
* Strong administration skills
* Operating the weighbridge
* Managing any enquiries and signing off jobs
* Ensuring all appropriate paperwork is collated prior to commencing all journeys and ensuring paperwork is collected at the end of each shift.
* Handling any telephone queries and directing to the appropriate department
* Ensuring accurate recording of materials.
* Taking payments when required.
Requirements of the role
* Strong background within transport and logistics systems
* Occasional Saturday shifts will be required as per business demands
* Strong administration background and knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Great levels of customer service
