Key duties:
* Conducting viewings
* Applicant registrations
* Dealing with buyers and vendors
* Strong negotiation skills
* Price Reductions
* Dealing with offers
* Resilient canvassing skills
* Valuing/listing properties
* Administration duties
* Cross selling financial services and solicitor referrals
Requirements
* Well-spoken with good communication skills
* Good knowledge of the local area a bonus
* Self-motivated and hard-working
* Keen interest in the property industry
* Stable background in Estate Agency and proven track record
* Able to work under pressure
* Residential sales experience is essential
* Well-presented and professional appearance
* Good attention to detail and organised
* Customer focused
