The Sales Executive role
The team are well positioned to realise its ambitions to become one of the leading bridging finance providers in the market, and the company are now looking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive with experience in the mortgage industry to join their fast-paced team to play a pivotal part in the journey.
As a Sales Executive, you will work with new as well as existing intermediaries, to provide support, guidance and develop a relationship with key partners.
Using your influential capability, you will take ownership of the sales cycle from developing a prospect strategy, researching competitors through to carrying out prospecting activity and establishing long term relationships.

Sales Executive Key responsibilities
* Identify regulated and unregulated bridging brokerages and intermediaries
* Onboard new brokerages / brokers
* Be an ambassador for the company and company’s products and services
* Be a primary contact for your client products questions and support
* Manage and maintain excellent relationships to maximise business opportunities
* Maintain accurate information on all communications
* Keep up to date on relevant regulatory legislation

Sales Executive package
* Basic Salary £27k
* Annual individual and company performance bonus
* Office Based in Basingstoke
* 25 days holidays per year + bank holidays

Sales Executive desired skills and experience
* Background in the Mortgage industry
* Knowledge of Bridging Finance (Very desirable)
* Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
* Experience working in a regulated environment
* Provide exceptional level of customer service
* Adept at generating and securing new business
* Proactive and ambitious
* A pragmatic problem solver
