Supported Housing Worker
 
LOCATION:             Salisbury
HOURS:                   37.5 per week
SALARY:                 £24,500
DURATION:             Perm

As a Supported Housing Worker at Julian House, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering high-quality support services to residents. You will be part of a supportive team that values your contribution in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our residents.
* Empower individuals to achieve their personal goals through tailored support plans

* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support to residents
Preferred Requirements:
* Experience in a similar support role, ideally within a housing setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment
* Understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment processes
* Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental approach to supporting vulnerable individuals
Preferred Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent
* Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle (preferred)
* First Aid certification (desirable)
