PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT WANTED FOR BUSY DEPARTMENT (PART TIME)

SALARY £20,000 PER ANNUM
My client has an exciting opportunity for a PART TIME PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT to join their very busy lettings department. They are looking for a strong administrator to assist in the management of the portfolio of residential properties.
This role can be flexible i.e. 9.30am - 2.30pm (to fit around school times) however the working days must be Monday to Friday
Main duties include:
* Organising general property repairs and maintenance and updating systems
* Co-ordinating works with trades, tenants and landlords
* Assisting Property Managers with administration and telephone duties
* Co-ordinating the administration of building repair and maintenance works
* Booking appointments for contractors
* Processing invoices
Requirements
* Full UK Driving Licence and your own vehicle preferred
* Motivated team player
* Commitment to providing high levels of service at all times
* Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
* Proficient in IT and Microsoft Office
* Attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills
