Assistant Treatment Manager (Spa) - Full time
Location: Tetbury, Gloucestershire
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum plus a share of Gratuities

**The Role:**
As an Assistant Treatment Manager, you will be instrumental in leading the spa beauty therapy team to deliver exceptional service and uphold the highest standards of treatments.
Key responsibilities include:
Treatment Delivery: Deliver spa treatments to guests, setting exemplary standards for the team.
Recommendations and Sales: Proactively recommend homecare products to guests and work towards retail targets.
Operations Oversight: Manage daily treatment operations, including briefings, scheduling, revenue maximization, and addressing staff and client concerns.
Team Leadership: Support the Treatment Manager in motivating and inspiring the team to achieve service excellence.
Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge, ensuring alignment with industry trends and innovations.
Apprenticeship Support: Assist in delivering on-site training for apprentices, ensuring high standards and qualification.
Stock Control: Oversee stock management processes to maintain optimal levels and ensure smooth operations.
Daily Briefings: Organise and lead daily briefings to communicate updates, review performance, and motivate the team.
Revenue Targets: Work towards achieving revenue targets by implementing effective strategies and maximizing sales opportunities.
Retail Focus: Focus on achieving retail targets, provide product knowledge training, and lead by example in personal retail achievements.
**Skills Required:**
- Proven experience as a Spa Beauty Therapist with a strong passion for the industry.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and mentor a team. - Flexibility to work on weekends and in a fast-paced environment.
- Own transport is essential.
