Join our client’s team as a Domain Lead – Digital MARCOMS!
Are you ready to lead digital, web, and CRM domains for a major global brand? Our client is seeking a skilled Domain Lead to oversee cross-channel MARCOMS delivery for a prestigious client. If you excel in strategy, execution, and client satisfaction, this role is for you!
Please note this is a hybrid role, with a mix of 2-3 days office/client site, and the remainder working remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategy Development: Create and implement data-driven strategies for digital, web, and CRM domains.
* Project Management: Oversee campaigns/programs, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely, within-budget delivery.
* Return on Brief: Translate client briefs into effective strategies, monitor performance, and report on ROI.
* Planning and Execution: Manage the full campaign lifecycle, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
* Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
* Client Engagement: Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and presenting campaign results.
* Innovation and Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, drive continuous improvement, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years in digital marketing or CRM roles, preferably within an agency.
* Proven project management skills and experience with major global brands.
* Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and achieving measurable results, hitting and exceeding KPI’s.
* Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
