THE COMPANY
This is a UK Bank specialising in Banking Services for global fintechs and SME Lending solutions for UK business.
THE ROLE
As a CRM Business Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:
* Looking after the roadmap and working out what needs to be done - this includes looking at data models, business processes, integrations for customer onboarding and support
* Defining requirements, prioritising backlogs, supporting the team with implementation
* Analysis gathering and supporting different business platforms - Making designs and handing it over to the development team, validating them with end-user
* Engaging with various stakeholders
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Prior experience as a Business Analyst within the banking or financial sector, but also in other areas which are heavily risk and compliance-focused, or in an environment with a strong customer support focus
* Experience working with CRM or other SaaS platforms, with Salesforce experience highly desirable
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to banking, risk and compliance
