* Compliance: Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations, and continuously improve processes and standards.
Qualifications: * Experience: Previous experience in a catering management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
* Skills: Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
* Knowledge: In-depth understanding of dietary requirements and food safety regulations.
