Job Description:
We are currently working with an established Housing Association who are looking to add to their team. Within this role you will be making a direct difference to the quality of peoples lives and get the added benefit of a car allowance. If you are an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer/Scheduler/Customer Service Advisor, this role may be for you.
Resident Liaison Officer
Salary: £26,600 - £33,300 & Car Allowance
Fixed Term Contract
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8m- 5pm
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be:
* Main point of call for resident queries and complaints, delivering high levels of customer service at all times
* Investigating and resolving all complaints, working closely with the team
* Liaising regularly with tenants to ensure all complaints are dealt with, ensuring they are updated on works progress
* Consulting and supporting residents before, during and after completed works on properties
* Liaising with tenants to arrange work appointments
* Build working relationships with tenants and internal teams
To be successful in this Resident Liaison Officer role, you will need to:
* Be an experienced Tenant Liaison Officer/ Customer Service Advisor/ Scheduler
* Be experienced in social housing or have worked on a social housing contract
* Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills
