We are actively looking for an Electrical Supervisor to join a social housing contractor in the Lincoln area on a permanent basis. As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be:

* Supervising the gas and electrical operatives ensuring all work is in line with safety regulations, performing quality checks on their work
* Resolve any technical queries and problems, with your time split across the office / on site
* Deliver action plans and allocating work to the operatives to ensure all work is completed within the timeframes
* Liaise with clients and tenants ensuring they are satisfied with the levels of service provided

Experience / Qualifications:

* Electrical background
* Previous experience supervising / leading teams
* 18th edition / 2391 / NVQ Level 3
* Social housing / domestic experience
* Experience performing quality checks on the operatives work

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will receive:
