Gymnastics Manager | London Borough of Hackney | 35 Hours Per Week | Minimum of 20 hours coaching | £37,500
Our client is more than just a gym - they’re a community dedicated to inspiring and nurturing young talent. Located in the vibrant London Borough of Hackney, this established club serves approximately 500 gymnasts weekly, offering a wide range of programs from Pre-School to Women’s Artistic and display teams.
Are you the right person for the job?
* Hold a minimum Level 2 British Gymnastics Coaching Qualification
* Have at least 5 years of experience working with children
* Can commit to either Saturday or Sunday and evening work
* Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment
* Skill in managing schedules and meeting deadlines
* Proactive in addressing challenges and seizing opportunities
What will your role look like?
As the Gymnastics Manager, you will be the heart of the coaching team, responsible for:
* Manage a team of coaches and assistants across various programs
* Develop strong relationships with parents, gymnasts, and coaches
* Plan and deliver engaging and effective training sessions
* Commit to your professional growth and learning
