Costa Coffee is seeking an experienced and dedicated Store Manager to join our healthcare team based at Whiston Hospital. Join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering the perfect coffee moment, every time.Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily operations of the Costa store, ensuring a high standard of customer service and product quality.
* Manage and motivate a team of baristas, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
* Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
* Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and drive revenue growth.
* Maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and management, ensuring the store supports the hospital’s needs and values.
* Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
* Conduct regular staff training sessions to maintain high standards of coffee preparation and customer service.
* Monitor financial performance, preparing reports and managing budgets.
* Address customer feedback promptly and effectively, enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements: * Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or retail industry, preferably in a coffee shop environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Passion for coffee and customer service excellence.
