As a Year 3 Teacher, you will be leading a class of 24 energetic pupils. Planning will be done with the support of your colleagues in the year 3 form and wider key stage 2 community. Support will be offered in class by a full-time teaching assistant and the key stage 2 phase leader will always be on hand to offer guidance when needed.

Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality teaching across various subjects and year groups.
* Adapt to different school environments and classroom settings.
* Follow lesson plans and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
* Engage and motivate students to achieve their full potential.
* Collaborate with school staff to ensure a positive learning experience.

Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
