Job Description:
We are working with a company looking for a Quality Assurance Administrator to join their team, providing compliant quality assurance services and promoting excellent customer outcomes.

The role:
•Regular reviews on customer interactions and complaint handling with all team members within the Client Relations Team and on occasion, the wider department.
•Give written and verbal feedback to the client relations team manager and individuals.
•Reinforce positive feedback and detailed feedback summaries, highlighting areas of improvement.
•Identify patterns leading to poor outcomes suggesting action plans to prevent it from reoccurring.
•Prepare and maintain robust review records, alongside providing regular MI within the Client Relations Team and wider business.
•Represent the brand values within your role.
•Working with colleagues to make sure deadlines are met.
