Job Description:
A fantastic opportunity to join a successful organisation has come into play for a dedicated and hardworking PA to join their team. This exciting role will be ideally suited to someone with a fantastic ’can do’ attitude supporting a busy management team with both private and professional PA duties.
Duties and key responsibilities within the role will include:
Supporting Senior Management with diary management, administration, in-house management
Dealing with enquiries and updating internal systems
Organising and booking of travel
Answering the phone and taking messages as a main point of contact within the business for Senior Management
Organising meetings and busy schedules, working to an every changing and busy schedule
Administration duties
Dealing with head office support and taking meeting notes at important meetings
Booking of travel
Support with social media and Google reports to ensure business targets are met and exceeded
Streamlining internal processes to ensure a smooth running of the business
Skills and experience required:
Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
Diary management experience
Strong communication skills both written and spoken
Professional and personable
Adaptable with a ’can do’ attitude
