People Analytics Specialist
– The Role:
The primary goal of this vacancy is to leverage data-driven insights to drive informed choices in HR, workforce planning, and employee engagement. This pivotal role is instrumental in enhancing efficiency and fostering excellence within the People team. Duties include reporting, process improvement, automation, overseeing audit requests, and becoming a recognised authority in integrating diverse HR tools.
People Analytics Specialist
– Key Duties:
- Generate and maintain regular People team reports, providing insights for choice-making
- Assist with payroll, benefits, and day-to-day operations reporting
- Manage and react to audit requests to ensure compliance
- Conduct process mapping to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Collaborate with team members to integrate process enhancements seamlessly
- Be proficient in tools like Greenhouse, Zendesk, HiBob, etc., and develop automation solutions
- Ensure data integrity through audits and collaborate with IT for issue resolution
- Champion data protection and compliance with local laws, handling DSARs as needed
- Assist in creating training materials and provide assistance on People systems
- Play a key role in integrating various tools within the People team ecosystem, ensuring seamless communication and data flow between tools
- Monitor Zendesk performance and utilisation, providing insights and recommendations for optimising usage and improving customer assistance processes
From time to time there may be a requirement for you to cover other areas of the People department and complete tasks that are outside of your remit as a People Analytics Specialist.
People Analytics Specialist
– You:
- Proven experience in People data and reporting
- Strong background in process improvement and automation
- Expertise in People tools and systems, including the mentioned tools
- Critical thinking mindset and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of People policies and compliance
- Relevant qualifications in People, business, or a related field
