We are looking for an experienced, Senior Technical Manager to become part of our rapidly growing business. Responsible for our survey functions, drawing office, technical support and be part of the product development team.

You will be responsible for:

Technical development of our existing products
Development of new product offerings
Drawing office management and support
Survey management and support
Monitoring and reporting to ensure services meet performance targets
Delivering expert technical and strategic advice

The ideal candidate will have a qualification in building surveying, architecture, architectural technology or engineering and preferably be chartered in their discipline.
You will be someone who is not afraid to lead from the front, have the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, be able to work as part of a team and lead teams. An understanding of contract administration would be beneficial, as would experience with AutoCAD software packages. A comprehensive knowledge of the domestic property sector is essential.
