Up to £36,500 per annum
Full time, 35 hrs per week Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm *NO WEEKENDS*

We are recruiting a driven and motivated Conference and Events Manager to join a well-established company based in the Leicester area. This hands-on operational role is crucial in ensuring each day runs smoothly and efficiently, responsibilities include overseeing compliance and health and safety, leading a small team and providing high levels of customer service.

Key Responsibilities of the Conference and Events Manager role:
* Ensure facilities comply with regulations and standards.
* Carry out risk assessments.
* Implement and monitor health and safety policies.
* Train staff on protocols and conduct regular 1:1 meetings.
* Provide high quality customer service to visitors.

Requirements of the ideal Conference and Events Manager:
* Previous experience in a similar role ideally within the hospitality industry.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
* Strong organisational and hands on leadership skills.
* Flexible approach to tasks.
* Good communication skills including customer service skills.
