Change Recruitment are delighted to be working with a manufacturing business based on the outskirts of Taunton who are looking for a commercially focused Finance Assistant to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who likes to get into the detail and work with internal departments to identify trends,

Working alongside the Financial Accountant you will be supporting in the provision of analysis and reporting of business performance for the senior management team. As such you will need to have strong MS Excel skills (v-lookups, formula etc).

Duties include:
* Supporting with processing and maintaining customer costings
* Maintaining the Bill of Materials on the finance system
* Working alongside internal teams to create sales forecasts and budgets
* Maintaining and keeping up to date internal production and sales reports
* Responsible for the data management within the stock and finance systems, ensuring up to date and accurate at all times
* Covering the Sales Ledger and other finance functions as required (holiday, sick cover etc)

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable accounts experience, strong MS Excel skills, ideally AAT or similar and be an excellent communicator.
