Recruitment Resourcer - Education
Location: Fifth Floor, Interchange Place, 151-165 Edmund St, Birmingham B3 2TA, Office Based
Salary: £25,000-£32,000 per year + Uncapped Commission
This is a full time, permanent role, you’ll be working Monday – Friday. Please note this role is fully office based.
Working Hours
* Term time: 2x 9 hours (7:30 - 4:30), 2x 9.5 hours (7:30 - 5:00) and 1x 10 hours (7:30 - 5:30)

The role of a Recruitment Resourcer:
* Posting adverts to generate good responses
* Learn about the schools your consultant is working with, to assess what types of teachers they’re looking for
* Screening applicants on the phone
* Interviewing and registering candidates
* Selling to your candidates
* Assisting in filling vacancies
