Job Description:
BENEFITS OF THE ROLE
* 25.5 - 29.5 Hrs a week - Can be quite flexible with start or finish times.
* 20 Days Holiday
* Closure during Christmas period
What the right candidate will need - PLEASE NOTE - CANDIDATES WILL ONLY BE CALLED FOR THIS ROLE IF THEY HOLD THE RIGHT CRITERIA, NO OVERSEAS APPLICATIONS + NO TO IRRELEVANT EXPERIENCE
* Administrator experience - 2+ years or relevant / long standing duration
* Sage or similar software experience is a desirable
* Computer literate, knowledge of excel, word ect
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing administration support.
* Processing all sales orders through to completion.
* Dealing with Customers and Suppliers, answering the phones, replying to emails.
* Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Journals, Invoice posting, Bank
* Reconciliation, Payroll. Training provided if no prior experience.
* Raising purchase orders and purchasing of regular supplies. (supported by MD)
* Other ADHOC duties as required by management
