Job Description:
We have an exciting new position of Night Concierge available at our beautiful high-end site of 93 units based in Oxford Circus (W1W). This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with Reception/Concierge experience looking to work in a residential environment.
Role Overview
* Demonstrate values in all aspects of your work and communication, develop strong relationships and enhance work quality.
* Ensure the site is well maintained providing a clean and secure environment for residents and guests at all times.
* Support the Development Manager to keep health and safety standards to a maximum.
Main Responsibilities
* Security at this site is of the utmost importance. You must, therefore, ensure that you are alert at all times paying particular attention to the security of the front and rear entrance doors.
* Assist residents on entry and exit from the building.
* Respond to enquiries from residents or visitors to the best of your ability. If necessary, referring the matter to the Head Concierge or Property Manager.
* You are responsible for the correct recording, storage and issue of all keys held.
* You are to report all activity on the site log.
* You are to hold parcels delivered to the individual flats securely at the concierge parcel room, which should be kept locked at all times. A log is to be kept to record the dates when parcels are delivered and then collected.
* Inspect all common areas and associated services each shift and report all damages and defects to the Head Concierge or Property Manager.
* Report and log any necessary repairs.
* Assist residents on entry and exit from the building.
* Assist and supervise, when necessary, all contractors employed at the property.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY / ACCOUNTABILITY
* To ensure the development is maintained professionally
* To provide a high standard level of service to Residents and all visitors to the development
Shift Patten and Hours: Monday-Friday / 23:00-07:00
Location: Oxford Circus (W1W) (nearest stations are Regents Park, Great Portland St or Oxford Circus)
Salary: £28,035 per annum or £13.15 per hour
