Job Description:
PAYROLL COORDINATOR - UP TO £23.50 PER HOUR - ASAP START DATE - WEST OXFORDSHIRE - HYBRID
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a business in West Oxfordshire that are looking for a full-time Payroll Coordinator due to an increase in workload, to join the team ASAP offering hybrid working with occasional travel to the office!
Reporting to the EMEA Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for payroll operations for multiple countries within the EMEA region.
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.
* Prepare monthly data input for all assigned payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments.
* Collaborate with local payroll providers to collect and validate payroll inputs, including salaries, benefits, allowances, and deductions.
* Review and validate payroll calculations, including statutory deductions, bonuses, and overtime, for each country. Reconcile and validate payroll outputs, including payslips.
* Coordinate payroll data integration between HR systems and local payroll systems, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
* Provide effective and prompt solutions to internal customer inquiries on a wide array of payroll topics and deliver an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
* Demonstrated payroll experience as Payroll Specialist or similar role.
* Experience in international payroll.
* Fluent in English.
* Good communication skills.
