Job Description:
Our client a global organization who works in multiple industries including: pharmaceutical, biotech, chemical, and personal homecare.
They are experts in their field and are searching for an Account & New Business Development Representative to join their expanding sales team Part time. If you have a sales / account management background, have a keen interest in the manufacturing industry and are looking to work for a global company, then this would be of interest to you.
Job Requirements:
* Must be able to work on own initiative
* Experience in a manufacturing industry desirable
* Have a competitive nature and be confident
* Excellent teamwork skills as working with colleagues globally will be essential
* Excellent telephone manner, ability to communicate at all levels as you may be liaising with
CEOs and / or Engineers from all over the world
* 1 year experience within a sales environment, customer services or account management role
* Have the ability to use LinkedIn/ Sales Navigator and other platforms to identify and create relationships with key contacts
Job Duties:
* Prospecting and database expansion
* Close the gap between unqualified and qualified facilities
* Identify new customers
* Inbound/ outbound call handling
* Respond to machinery and equipment enquiries/ needs
* Generate sales and supply leads/ opportunities through research and project promotion
* Qualify leads from the lead generators
Job Benefits:
* Part-time (29 hours / week)
