£40,000 + Uncapped Commission + Package
The Company
Our client is a key player within the CurrencyHandlingmarket sector,manufacturingandsupplyingBank Note Validatorsand Coin Mechanismsinto severalCountriesand Markets including Gaming, Amusement, Vending andKiosk.
Currently looking to recruit the newly created vacancy of Technical Sales Manager. Ideally based in the Home Counties or London or South East.
The Role
The role of Technical Sales Manager (TSM) UK & Europe reports to the General Manager and is responsible for developing new business and new markets within the ASL geographicalterritoriesofEurope, Middle East,andAfrica.
TheTSMisresponsibleforidentifying,whereappropriate,newdistributorsandresellersforareas thatrequiremorelocal support.
Customer satisfaction is a key deliverable of this position and the TSM will work togetherwith all relevant departments to co-ordinate and deliver customer centric solutions andservice.
The Candidate
* Experience selling into Amusement, Gaming, Vending or Kiosk - ideally within Cash Operated/Handling Machines or something similar.
* Customer focused. The ability to understand the customer and champion on theirbehalf
* Relationshipmanagement. Theabilitytomanageeffectivelytherelationshipsof internalandexternal partners.
* Pro-activity. The ability to anticipate future events and to pro-actively ensure issuesdonotoccur.Theabilitytotakeresponsibilityforanyoccurrencethatmaycompromisethecompanyor thecustomer.
* Continuous improvement. The ability to ensure continuous improvement of self,team,customers, processes and systems.
* Meeting deadlines and prioritisation. The ability to complete numerous tasks withinspecifiedtimes and to prioritise work as necessary
* Strategic thinking.
* The ability to think beyond the day to day tasks and to plan andorganisearounddifferent scenariosforthefuture
