B2B Sales Manager
Manchester City Centre
Package: £34-37k basic, with additional comms of circa £20k
Mon to Friday- no evenings or weekends, fully office based (Manchester)

You are managing an internal B2B sales team based in Manchester, you will not be selling personally as your role is simply to maximise the performance of your team!
Your key objectives include:
- Training, coaching and developing your team
- Hiring, onboarding and retention
- Sales strategy- looking at stats and performance and having the ability to think outside of the box to maximise performance and iron out any kinks!
- Creating a positive environment, supportive, inclusive and high performing!
