Reed has a long-standing history of supporting ECT’s in expanding their in-school experience, partnering them with our partnership schools to get their ECT terms signed off and helping them develop their professional skills to get them ready to take on a full-time class.
I am on the hunt for the next batch of talented ECT’s who are looking to find their feet in September. Working with an agency is a brilliant way to do this! It gives you the chance to experience a variety of schools, classes, staff environments and really figure out the school you want to settle into when it comes to a full-time position. Being able to try out different behaviour management techniques, experiencing the different ways that schools plan and look at progress is a great foundation to turn you into an excellent teacher.

All I need from you:
* You must hold UK recognised QTS.
* Previous experience working in Primary schools whilst on placement.
* A clear, and enhanced, DBS on the update service (I can help sort this if you don’t already have one!)
