I am currently working with a leading Top 100 law firm who are seeking an experienced Costs Draftsperson or Manager to join their central Manchester team.
This is a perfect opportunity for a (0-3 PQE) Costs Draftsperson to accelerate their career with a leading law firm, OR for a more experienced Costs Lawyer to take their next step into a management position.
You will be dealing with a variety of costs work surrounding - Personal Injury, Clinical Negligence, Court of Protection, Commercial and Solicitor/Client matters.
You will be:
* 0-3 PQE for qualified candidates
* OR at least 4 years experience as a non-qualified candidate
* Ability to manage your own caseload from start to finish
* MUST have experience drafting bills of costs and negotiating costs in PI work
* Experience of dealing with Catastrophic Injury would be an excellent advantage
* Demonstrate initiative and self-sufficiency
* Excellent communication skills, written and spoke
