Our client is a rapidly growing Series A funded Green-TechSaaS business. With offices spanning mainland Europe and the UK they’re currently in hyper-growth mode and disrupting the logistics space. This business offers an unparalleled software solutions built around sustainability and efficiency savings.

As they’re planning to double in size (100) over the next 12 months and open new markets (including France, Netherlands and the US) it’s vital they hire future leaders they can build teams around. Role
As an Internal Recruiter/ Talent Acquisition Manager you’ll be tasked with finding future superstars. You’ll be the scout that can identify key cultural traits that align with the company values.
* Managing social media advertising campaigns
* Ability to pro actively identify and target potential candidates internationally
* Work and liaise with hiring managers directly, understanding specific role requirements and managing candidates through the recruitment process
* Identifying best practice and areas the company can increase engagement and deliver a better candidate experience
* Screen and manage inbound applications from initial contract through to salary negotiation
* Liaise with external recruitment patterns
* Reporting to the Head of People, contribute to strategic planning for new market acquisitions
* Represent the company as an advocate for their culture
Requirements
* Proactive and highly organised nature is a must!
* Ability to juggle changing requirements and a fast paced working environment
* 18+ months experience either Inhouse or Agency side is a must
* Experience engaging individuals internationally across multiple disciplines up to senior manager level
* Ability to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
* Hybrid working - will be required in the London office
