Job Description:
Executive Assistant/Personal Secretary
* Temporary role
* Pay rate £13.69 per hour
* Bournemouth central location
* Starts 22nd July and will go on until 30th September 2024
* Hours 37 per week Monday to Friday
* Starts 8am and finish 5pm Monday to Thursday and earlier finish of 4.30pm on a Friday
We are seeking an experienced EA or Personal Secretary for this role, as you will be working for a few Directors, and managing their diaries.
About the role & Tasks
* Must be happy to be office based in Central Bournemouth
* You will be highly organised
* Excellent communication skills
* Diary Management
* Booking travel arrangements
* Checking Directors Inbox
* Answering emails
* Pulling off any reports required
* Submitting expense forms to the finance department
* Booking meetings rooms
* Sending out meeting Agendas
* Attending meetings and taking minutes
* Distributing minutes
* Must be Highly proficient on MS office to include Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, PowerPoint
* Typing ideally @ 60+ wpm, with a high degree of accuracy required
We are seeking a candidate who has worked for Directors/Senior Management managing more than one diary at a time.
If you have a Legal , Healthcare or Education sector background this would be an advantage.
