We are delighted to be partnering with Property Market Intel - an exciting subscription-based platform that helps property investors make great investment decisions - with the newly created role of Paid Media Manager. This is genuinely an exciting time to be joining the business. Having grown organically over the last few years, they are now in a position to build out a marketing function to add to their success.
This is a standalone role - for now - and you’ll be responsible for all paid media activity.
We’re looking for...
* Extensive experience within the paid media space - well-versed in Google Analytics and Meta
* A strong understanding of the user journey from seeing an advert to conversion
* Strong data skills - you’ll have an interest in using data to improve prospect and customer experience
* Entrepreneurial mindset - We’re a small team with big ambitions!
* Experience working in a subscription business model environment is a bonus but by no means essential
* Accessible to Glasgow office for hybrid working
You will be...
* Creating and delivering paid marketing strategies across Google Ads and Meta suites to amplify customer acquisition efforts
* Conducting keywork research, copywriting and visual creative design as required
* Closely monitoring key metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, impression share and quality score
* Implementing optimisations through strategic A/B experimentation
* Producing regular reports and insights to improve campaigns
