Meridian Business Support is currently recruiting for a Deputy Ward Manager within a Mental Health Setting for our client based in Preston.
Are you a dedicated and experienced mental health professional looking to take on a leadership role? We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Ward Manager to oversee our mental health ward. Key Responsibilities: * Manage the day-to-day operations of the mental health ward.
* Lead, mentor, and support a team of nurses and healthcare staff.
* Develop and implement individualised care plans for patients.
