We are currently seeking a dynamic Credit Controller with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in credit control to join a longstanding client of Trinity House Group on a permanent basis. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in managing up to 700 live accounts, while effectively chasing debt via phone, email, and post. * Responsible for chasing debt across a diverse portfolio of clients using a variety of communication methods
* Managing up to 700 live accounts, ensuring effective and timely debt collection
* Playing a key role in maintaining strong and positive client relationships while achieving debtor collection targets
Preferred Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience working in credit control
* Proven track record of successfully managing a high volume of live accounts
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients to collect outstanding debts
* Excellent attention to detail and a results-driven approach to credit control
* Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Certification in Credit Management would be advantageous
* Membership with a professional credit control association
