Job Title: Senior HR & Recruitment Coordinator
Salary: Up to £36,000 pa
Hours: 40 hours a week
Location: Witham, Essex

Main areas of responsibility:
* Day to day running of HR area including corporate inductions
* Play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from talent acquisition to onboarding
* Ensuring candidates have a positive experience
* Administrative support in both areas
* Preparing and proofing necessary paperwork for employees, contract changes, new starter / leaver documents for example
* Updating and maintaining employee records and personnel files
* Keep up to date with legislation changes and updates
* Continuously strive to enhance HR team processes for greater operational efficiency, evaluating and refining current HR practices while incorporating new perspectives and trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
* CIPD Level 3 or above
* Strategic thinker with widespread experience in HR Management and Recruitment
* Keen eye for detail and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and higher Management
* Excellent computer skills primarily in Excel and Word
* Great organizational abilities
