JobPurpose *Manage a portfolio of private clients, with a focus on advisory work and report writing
*Provide tax advisory services in support of the Tax Partner, maximising fee income
*Review tax work completed by junior staff, including quality control and constructive feedback
*Draft detailed reports to provide accurate and comprehensive advice to clients
*Monitor team performance, identifying knowledge gaps and providing training as needed
*Work directly with Directors and Partners to ensure deadlines and fee recovery targets are met
*Building trusted client relationships, proactively handling queries and problem solving
*Keeping up-to-date with tax knowledge, championing knowledge sharing across the team
