A Group Financial Accountant position for a global professional services company with operations internationally, has been newly created due to recent expansion. The team in Manchester are looking to expand the group function due to consecutive periods of high growth and the introduction of new growth plans.
You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, working closely with the Finance Directors and wider finance team. The company has a brilliant work culture and they’re offering flexibility with hybrid working (3 days in office).
Job Responsibilities:
* Working with broader finance teams, to ensure the successful delivery of month/year-end multi-currency consolidations and statutory accounts across the Group
* Prepare and report on reconciliations, VAT returns and intercompany transactions
* Manage the relationships with external auditors and working closely with the Finance Director
* Support the Finance Director and Financial Controller with ad-hoc projects
What we are looking for:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
* Ideal candidate would have between 1-2 years PQE
* Experience working within a large business with an international presence
* Preferable experience within reporting in a Professional Services environment
