SPR is currently recruiting for an experienced Group Operations Manager to lead operations in the road construction and resurfacing sector in Wolverhampton.
Job Purpose
As the Group Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the group’s activities, focusing on the application of bitumen emulsions, hot joint paint, and road sweeping. You will develop strategies to enhance performance, procure necessary materials, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, team development, and stakeholder engagement.
