Job Purpose *Support a varied tax portfolio of corporate clients, supporting on M&A transactions and due diligence
*Oversee complex group re-organisations, championing quality service at every step
*Review financial documents, including tax returns and computations, to ensure the highest level of accuracy
*Preparation of corporate tax returns, advising clients on tax payments to minimise liabilities
*Provide helpful advice on management incentives, such as growth shares and EMI
*Ensure HMRC compliance with relevant statutory requirements
*Research regularly to interpret changes in tax laws and regulations
*Nurture meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues alike
*Work closely with senior management team to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met
*Mentor and guide junior staff by reviewing work and knowledge sharing

*Recent advisory and compliance experience within UK practice
