Product Technologist

The Role
* Own the product development from inception to launch
* Ensure standards are met
* Schedule and manage production trials
* Build strong relationships with NPD, production and stakeholders
* Provide technical guidance for continuous improvement
* Trial new equipment
* Support initial production runs, troubleshooting and ensuring costing aligns with efficiency
The ideal product technologist will have:
* Educated to degree level in a food or science related subject
* Good IT Skills
* Good knowledge and hands-on experience with food manufacturing
* Works well independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Manages workload with efficiency and organisation
* Shows initiative
* Excellent communication & attention to detail
