Tax Manager
Central London
£80,000 - £100,000 plus car & bonus
Two days per week in the office.
Introduction
The Group Tax Manager will develop and implement the corporate tax strategy. The role will ensure tax compliance across the entire group of tax entities and regulatory and Group reporting requirements. You will be responsible for the tax management for the whole group of companies (all come under one UK tax group)
Key areas of focus
* Group tax reporting, including tax provisioning and deferred tax calculations for entity and group statutory accounts.
* Preparation and filing of all group corporation tax returns and related calculations including corporate interest restriction returns.
* Preparation of capital allowance claims.
* CT compliance including group POAs and other administrative matters.
* Overseeing internal control framework alongside the preparation and submission of the Group’s SAO documentation.
* Preparation and submission of UK VAT returns.
* Preparation and submission of PAYE settlement agreement calculations.
* Preparation of online share reporting submissions.
* Supporting with transfer pricing, country by country reporting and other global group wide tax compliance.
* Advice to the business on IR35 and other employment tax issues.
* Managing the relationship with HMRC and external advisors.

Person Specification
* Qualified tax professional
* Experience with One Source
* Ability to work independently
* Strategic thinker with the ability to problem solve and innovate
* Strong relationship building skills
* Ability to manage and work to tight deadline
* Experience in managing complex corporation tax computations
* Minimum of 2-4 years working in a complex, multi entity business
