A fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading retail brands as a Customer Data Analyst.
THE COMPANY
This company is the home improvements division of one of the UK’s top multinational retail companies. They are currently expanding and seeking a Customer Data Analyst to join their Analytics and Data Science team.
In this role, you will collaborate with the Analytics Manager to deliver high-quality analytics and insights. You will engage with various stakeholders to enhance customer understanding across the organization, shaping future strategies, improving customer experience, increasing engagement, driving revenue, and enhancing business efficiencies.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop analyses related to customer understanding, CRM & Loyalty, marketing performance, and broader retail insights
* Deliver post-implementation reviews (PIRs) related to business loyalty schemes and CRM activities, identifying opportunities, and making informed recommendations
* Create forecasts and measure campaign performance across marketing channels
* Conduct deep dives and performance analyses to generate actionable insights
* Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business and translate their goals into analytical challenges
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Proficiency in SQL and data visualization
* Experience in marketing campaign analysis and working with customer data to drive business change
* Expertise in customer behavioral analysis
* Strong background in stakeholder management
